One of our favorite parts of changing seasons and holidays is changing out our book nook! We started this little reading corner over a year ago and it’s quickly become one of the best spots to hangout in our home. You can find the kids here all on their own looking at books constantly (calling that a mom win!). I typically change out the books and garland in our nook every month.

For Christmas, we have Christmas and holiday books in our book nook, as well as under our tree! My mom started the ‘books under the tree’ tradition when we were young and it remains one of my best memories from childhood Christmases. She typically gives us a new Christmas book to add to our collection every year, and we usually add a few as well.
